Important Show Policies

BUYER POLICIES

1. A photo ID is required to pick up badges for pre-registered guests.

2. No children younger than 14 years old will be allowed into the show floor, other than infants in baby holders or baby slings, but no strollers. No groups of any kind are allowed into the show without permission of the show manager. There will be no exception to this rule, so please plan accordingly.

3. No cameras, photo cameras, or other recording devices will be allowed on the show floor without permission by show management.

4. In compliance with the Pima County regulations, there is no smoking allowed inside the Tucson Expo Center.

5. No animals will be allowed inside of the Tucson Expo Center with the exception of service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities.

6. JOGS International Exhibits, LLC International Exhibits  reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a buyer is qualified to attend the show based on the information provided by the registrant. The JOGS International Exhibits, LLC Gem and Jewelry Show is a private event and we  hold the right to refuse entrance/service to anyone. 

VISITOR POLICIES

Non-wholesale buyers may enter the Show as Visitors if they received an invitation from JOGS International Exhibits, LLC a distinct Visitor badge will be given to those individuals  who cannot prove that they are wholesale buyers. Exhibitors  hold the right to refuse sales to Visitors. Visitors may not attend the free Champagne Brunch Buffet or internet lounge during our Winter show.

NON-EXHIBITING MANUFACTURERS

Non-exhibiting manufacturers must present the following:
1. Personalized business card
2. Photo ID/Passport
3. Brochure/picture of related items manufactured.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to keep your e-mail address and other personal data confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our registered buyers/visitors' records to the third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third  party individual, government agency, or company at any time.  We will use your e-mail address solely to communicate Gem and  Jewelry Show information.

I (we) agree to hold JOGS International Exhibits, LLC harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages,  loss, costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or  nature which might result from our attendance or participation in this show.

What information we collect and how we use it

Customer Information and Use

Two primary types of information are gathered about our customers: 

Financial Information is payment information used for or gathered during the registration process and includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates. This information is not used for any purpose other than that for which it is being provided to us, and is used only to the extent necessary for processing the transaction or to facilitate future transactions.

Professional Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, and email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a customer's visit to the JOGS Show web site, as well as during show  visit, customer is also considered professional information and may also be stored in our customer database for our internal use. Professional information may be, upon the consent of JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry show, shared with other organizations or JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry show customers for the purpose of facilitating business relationships believed to be in our customers' best interests.

JOGS Inc. contacts directly when it needs information that identifies your personality ("Personal Information") pertinent to the specific product or service you choose to use or have subscribed to on the JOGS Inc. websites. This information may include your e-mail address, legal name, mail address, telephone/ fax number, TAX Id., business and/or resale certificates as applicable. JOGS Inc. may also ask for non-personal information or demographic information. 
 We collect personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us when you register for a JOGS show, sign up for email newsletters, enter a contest, or participate in surveys. During the registration process we may request certain contact information and demographic information about you such as name, mailing address, email address, company name, size of the company and title. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as described below. We also may receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you have provided to us.

The information is also used to communicate with you regarding your JOGS Inc. website requests by sending out periodic newsletters that are considered as essential to the operation of the service. The non-personal information is used to compile general demographic statistics which is never shared with any other parties. 
 We may ask for your mail address because some of our services (such as mailing your company badges etc). require a mailing address.

JOGS Inc. may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on JOGS Inc., or it’s websites; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of JOGS inc. and it’s websites or the users of JOGS Inc. and its websites or, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of JOGS Inc, and its sites  or the public. Notwithstanding any other provision of this privacy notice, we may disclose personally identifiable information to any third party when disclosure is required by law, or desirable to permit us to exercise or preserve our legal rights or take action regarding potentially illegal activities or to protect the safety of any person. In the event we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity or in the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. 

Sharing your Personal Information with Other Companies

Except as otherwise described in this statement, JOGS Inc. will share your personal information with other companies only with your consent.  When subscribing to a service which involves a third party to facilitate the service your personal information will be shared.  For example, if you subscribe to one of the JOGS Inc. owned newsletters, and we are employing another company to produce and e-mail the newsletter, then we must share your personal information (e-mail address) with them. These uses of personal information are primary to the operation of the JOGS Inc. site in this case. 
 We contract with third party companies that we have employed to provide us with specialized services, including customer service, registration, subscription fulfillment, housing, research, statistical analysis, postal mailings, email and fax deployment, and other information services. These companies or individuals may be provided with access to personally identifiable information, but only as needed to perform their functions. These companies are required by contract to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of such information. 

JOGS Inc. and its websites may use your contact information for any of the following reasons:
  To provide you with information about products or services you've ordered, including trade shows
  To provide you with e-newsletters if you have requested or subscribed 

Visual/Audio/Image Policy 

By attending JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show, you give your consent to be photographed and/or recorded by JOGS International exhibits employees or official show bloggers and you agree that:
JOGS International exhibits owns the images and all rights related to them; the images may be used by JOGS International Exhibits in any manner or media without notifying you, such as JOGS International exhibits websites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, and posters, for advertising or other related purposes; you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them; and you release JOGS International Exhibits  and its employees and agents, including any firm authorized to publish and/or distribute a finished product containing the images, from any claims, damages or liability which you may ever have in connection with the taking of use of the images or printed material used with the images.

Policy Changes

JOGS international Exhibits reserves the right to review and change this Policy. Policy changes may be made without prior notice to existing customers. Policy revisions only apply to information gathered as of the effective date of the revised policy, unless we give you notice and choice as to the changes in use, in which case all information is subject to the new policy.
I have read and accept JOGS Show Policies * and I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the JOGS Tucson Gem and Jewelry Show, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold JOGS International Exhibits, LLC.; Tucson Expo Center, LLC.; Tucson Property Holdings LLC., or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
